This wine's transformation is remarkable, from its initial edginess and pronounced funkiness to a state of complexity, beauty, and precision. The aroma palette now includes dried herbs, yellow fruits, IPA, bread, and spoiled oranges. It strikes a balance with reduced funkiness, enhanced fruitiness, and a prolonged pointy aftertaste. High acidity and an IPA-like finish with a mineral undertone underscore its deliciousness.
Heh, an aromatic bomb. I wonder what I would say if it was a blind tasting. It feels nervous in a bad way. Fistful of (flowers) tropical fruits, citrus, and VA. Easy-going, delicious and mineral. I will give it another try in a few months (luckily, have a few bottles hidden).
