Olla Blanc is a skin-contact (orange) white from Tom Lubbe's Matassa, blended from Macabeo and Grenache and bottled as Vin de France blanc. The grapes are whole-cluster macerated and the wine is raised in concrete tanks, then bottled unfiltered with no added sulphites - in keeping with the estate's no-sulphur practice since 2015. The 2023 was vinified and bottled at Mas Ferriol in Espira-de-l'Agly, Roussillon, at roughly 10% alcohol. The name comes from the olla, the traditional earthenware jar, and the label carries its silhouette; despite that imagery the cuvée is raised in concrete rather than clay. It is imported to Ukraine by Wine Bureau.
