Tasting Notes
This wine presents a rich bouquet of ripe red berries, red flowers, dogwood, barberry candy, bitter herbs, warm spices, and underbrush. It is effortlessly drinkable, sophisticated, multilayered and achieves perfect balance. Truly exceptional.
What a beautiful bouquet of ripe red berries, dogwood, flowers, bitter herbs, warm spices and underbrush. The wine is delicate, fresh and perfectly balanced. I adore how quaffable and sophisticated it is at the same time. It's interesting to see how it develops. Unfortunately, I am only one bottle left, and it's so tempting to finish it.
A lovely blend of Syrah and Muscat. Light, delicate and sophisticated. A mixture of dogwood, red flowers, cherry and underbrush. Volatile acidity is also present, but in tiny amounts only to add complexity to the bouquet and highlight the freshness of the palate. Juicy and dangerously quaffable. I simply don't understand how these bottles are still available on the shelf.
