Tattouine Rouge

Sophisticated stuff at just 10% ABV. Dried briar, cherries, herbs, fruit compote with an animal touch. Fermented red apples with salt and pepper, crushed strawberries mixed with earthy touch. Medium body, bright acidity, elegant and moderately funky. Delicious.
