Blanc

Wow. This is not what you expect from Matassa Blanc, but I am definitely in love. A perfumed and delicate bouquet of bruised apples, herbs, pear candy, white flowers, yellow fruits, and bubble gum. A bit bitter in the finish, but with lots of flavours of yellow apple, bruised apple, smoke, riverbank, and bitter herbs. Subtle and sophisticated, it requires attention to detail. Yet, it's so easy to drink.
