A 'vertical' tasting of Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée NV. Disgorged in September 2010. A lovely bouquet of a wet cellar, raw mushrooms, Jerez, roasted almonds, crushed apple seeds, chalk and iodine. Rich, salty and persistent.

A 'vertical' tasting of Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée NV. This bottle was disgorged in September 2010. 36 months on lees. Obviously, the most mature and oxidated wine of the set. Fried almonds, baked apples, honey, flowers, chalk, and iodine. Attractive and sophisticated bouquet. Almost perfectly balanced, round and persistent. Tremendous leap compared to the 2021 degorgee.
