Première Cuvée (d2023)

The wine was tasted blind and it took me some time to guess it.

It is obviously youth, yet the inclusion of reserve wines adds remarkable depth and complexity. It showcases vibrant notes of yellow fruits, buttered croissant, cider, and citrus. The craftsmanship is evident, resulting in a wine that is fresh, balanced, round, and moderately generous. Its long aftertaste, characterized by cider and chalk flavours.
