A 'vertical' tasting of Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée NV. This bottle was disgorged in February 2014. 36 months on lees. Beautiful and mature bouquet: Jerez, baked apples, and chalk. Slightly closed in the nose, but it's so generous in taste. It's round, sophisticated, and almost perfectly balanced, with a long and flavourful aftertaste.
