A warm-evening tasting with one rule: everything comes out of the ice bucket, even the bottles you would never normally think to chill. Poured blind, so the labels stay hidden, but expect light, refreshment-first pours that reward an open mind, a couple of gentle provocations along the way, and a sparkling send-off right at the end.

One evening, one cause: every hryvnia from every ticket goes to charity, the full amount, with nothing skimmed off the top. To mark the occasion Andrii is opening his cellar and bringing bottles he has kept in reserve for years, poured alongside a few treasures from ours. A generous lineup for a generous night. And who knows? Maybe a few other treasures find their way to the table too.
The white-wine table reconvenes for a fourth volume. Amigos Blancos is just what it sounds like: good friends and a run of whites chosen to surprise, from taut and saline to rich and textured. Expect bottles that make the case white wine is anything but simple.

A charity evening with Ar.Pe.Pe., the great traditionalist of Italy's Valtellina. Nebbiolo grown on vertiginous alpine terraces and aged with monastic patience, poured across the estate's storied crus, Sassella, Grumello and Inferno, with library Riservas reaching back over a decade. Tense, high-altitude, ageless mountain reds, and every hryvnia of your ticket goes to charity.

The Canary Islands return for a third volume. Volcanic soil, ungrafted old vines and relentless Atlantic wind, bottled by some of the islands' most thrilling growers. Whites laced with ash and sea salt, reds that come wild and weightless off Tenerife's terraces. Few places on earth taste like this, and fewer still get poured side by side.

The bag comes out again, volume seven. A brown-bag night for grower Champagne: bottles poured from the bag so the wine speaks before the label does. Low dosage, high tension, small estates only, and a room that takes its bubbles seriously.

A charity night with a single thread: the class of 1996. From the cellar of our friend Doma comes a run of bottles she has decided are too good to sit any longer. Three prestige Champagnes to open, then a pair of Bolgheri legends, Sassicaia and Ornellaia, at the heart of the table, and a magnum of blanc de blancs to finish on a high. Thirty years in the waiting, ready at last, and every hryvnia of your ticket goes straight to charity.

The first deep dive into Maison Glandien, a young natural-wine address whose bottles never linger on a shelf for long. One maker, one vintage, read across the full spectrum: a rose to open, bright whites, and supple low-intervention reds. A rare chance to learn a domaine's signature from every angle in a single sitting.

One grape, five appellations, no Barolo price tag. Entry-level Nebbiolo from Langhe, Carema, Valtellina and Alto Piemonte - structure and perfume without the icon-bottle tax. A cooler-evening tasting.

The Gatta night, finally. A single-grower journey through brut-nature metodo classico from the hills above Brescia - house cuvees and their disgorgements, blanc de blancs against blanc de noirs, the Campiani single crus (Est vs Ovest), and the Molener and Solera oddities to close. Low-dosage, high-energy, built for a warm evening.
