Pet-nat Rosè

Cabernet Sauvignon is the grape Somma grows. Usually it becomes a red. Here it turns up in a rosé pét-nat, alongside Cabernet Franc and Merlot.

Two of the three already meet in the house's red blend, Roșu de Căuș, which is Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Somma's website does not list this wine, so its details are not published. A pét-nat is made by the ancestral method: the fermentation that starts in the vat finishes in the bottle.
