·@ChișinăuOnly Rkatsiteli sees skin contact (about a month), while Traminer (or was it Rkatsiteli? Label and winemaker don't agree) stays white. Non-indigenous yeasts, tiny SO2. Not as sterile as most Moldovan oranges - there's actual character here, even if somewhat muted. Good fruit, really nice tannins, proper acidity. Works well solo. Looking forward to their sous voile orange experiments.
