Orange Wine Muscat

Very strange wine. Semi-sweet Muscat with 8 months on skins, wild yeasts. The result? Not super sweet but tannic - a Muscat that doesn't know where it belongs. Weird solo, but might sing with rhubarb tart or panna cotta. The thing is, it has real character, which leaves me confused. Do I like it? Kind of. Do I know what to do with it? Not really. Still, interesting experiment worth the confusion.
