·@Antonina HOh, what a beautiful wine this is - I'm almost at a loss for words. It feels Pinot-like but with such a vivid personality of its own. Bursting with red fruit, Nordic berries, flowers, iron, spice, and yes, a touch of bacon - but in that wonderful, smoky, savoury way. The tannin still has a slight grip to it, but given some air, the wine finds an exceptional balance and polish. The structure becomes seamless, and the finish - long, flavourful, elegant - lingers with quiet authority. Sophisticated, expressive, and an utter joy to drink.
