This wine is quite a ride---funky yet arguably charming. While there's talk of bottle variation, it delivers a distinctive experience with notes of black pepper, old socks, spoiled berries, and hairspray. It's elevated and a bit fizzy, making for a flavour-packed, slightly bitter profile. It unexpectedly reminds me of some natural Spätburgunder wines. Definitely an intriguing taste journey! But not for everyone and not for every day.
