Guessed Tenerife blind - that volcanic salinity is unmistakable by now. Super reductive at first - sardines, iodine - but yellow fruit pushes through, and floral and honey notes emerge slowly, painfully. Chamomile. Charming how this wine evolves over the years: from the smoky, tight bottle of 2023 through the stretched-thin salinity of late 2025, and now into something more settled, more honeyed. Still reductive, still demanding, but increasingly rewarding for those who wait.
Smoky, salty, a whisper of- no, a hint of pineapple on the nose. Lovely salinity. But on the palate it feels almost tired, stretched thin - like the aroma promised more than the acidity can deliver. Nuts, honey notes, long savoury finish. Oak presence is strong here. Guessed Canary Islands blind, and yes - that volcanic saltiness is unmistakable. Tasty, intriguing, but the balance between aromatic promise and palate delivery leaves me wanting slightly more tension. Yet it's so delicious, you just crave for another sip, and then another glass - and it's enough for me.
Unveiling a slightly reductive bouquet, yet revealing layers as it breathes. Smoked lemon, yellow fruits, and a hint of breeze mark the aromatic journey. On the palate, it's structured, brimming with salinity, and downright delicious. Showcases a relative complexity, topping the charts in the Artífice encounters.
