Tasting together with 2019 and 2017. Obviously, the most mature bottle of the line. My first thought - it was sparkless Bedel. Why? Expressive, oxidative and mineral. A lovely bouquet of mould, baked apples with honey and Jerez. Round, fresh with a long evolving aftertaste. Incredible experience.
