Intense bouquet full of dust, cherry, spices bag, cherry nut, black olives and balsamic notes. On the palate its dense, still vigorous, with high acidity and medium-high tannin. Decanting is a must to get the right level of balance. Long aftertaste with flavours of cherry and balsamic. Overall, it's a good and typical developed Pachino wine. And it seems like it's getting close to its peak.
