Carjcanti

Someone thought it's sake, I disagreed completely; initially I was thinking about palomino fino, but then I realised that it could actually be Carjcanti from Gulfi, so I managed to guess. Gorgeous wine, super young, but already delicious; super lemony, full of shells, white flowers, chalk, green apples. Very focused, fresh, long and so compelling.
