Textbook cool-climate pinot with all that funky barnyard charm - and I mean that as a compliment. Smells a bit like countryside, drinks like a dream. Moderate natural winemaking influence: not aggressively funky, not sterile either. Just right in that middle ground where character meets drinkability. This is my kind of pinot.
