Very fun wine, though I still prefer their rosé. Yellow fruits, bruised apples, a touch of cider and honey, butter, and wet stones. There's great minerality here, backed by sharp acidity - it's almost salty, like a splash of seawater. But structurally it lacks depth - the wine sort of collapses mid-palate, leaving an odd hollowness behind. Still, for what it is, it's a lovely and engaging bottle.
This wine is not overly rich but exudes some sophistication both in its nose and on the palate. Or was it austerity? It presents notes of yellow fruits, oil, wet stones, and chalk, with a slightly restrained quality. It features a good structure and is super dry, racy, mineral, and austere, offering a refined experience.
