Rich, concentrated nose - grapefruit, aged bai mu dan cake, acacia honey, white pepper, grapefruit oil. The texture is stupid good. Everything just works: balanced, complex, keeps revealing new layers. Green apricots pop up. Then this interesting bitter herb thing smeared across the palate. This is proper grown-up Grüner, the kind that makes you reconsider what the grape can do. Long, delicious, and honestly a bit haunting.
