Same lovely rosé as before, and ageing in bottle has made it even better - rounder, more settled. Redcurrant, wild strawberry, brioche, a touch of cider and bruised red apples, that subtle sherried edge from a hint of flor. Sharp acidity, clean structure, focused and precise. Always a safe choice, always delicious. One of those rare rosé sparklings I genuinely enjoy.
Oh, this is a lovely sparkling wine - still a bit young, but full of promise. I should really grab a few bottles to see how it evolves. It's unpretentious, but beautifully made and downright delicious. I rarely enjoy rosé sparklings, yet this one stands out. Redcurrant, wild strawberry, brioche, a touch of cider and bruised red apples. There's even a subtle hint of flor that brings a sherried edge. Sharp acidity, clean structure, focused and precise. A real delight.
