·@WineTimeGood untopped Savagnin that spent a few years under voile - unclear exactly how long. Here's what makes it work: creamy texture keeps it from being overly electric, so it's actually quite friendly as an intro to the style. Raw nuts, bit of maple syrup, mushrooms, yellow fruits, sweet spices all present. Round, fresh, properly structured, with noticeable citrusy acidity driving through to a long, persistent finish. Not too crazy.
