Oof, unexpected — seriously good sweet wine. Concentrated apricot jam (the kind where you actually feel the fibers), caramel, a touch of acid-sweets candy, wildflower herbs and honey. A whisper of VA too. But the point isn’t the sweetness — it’s the palate: all that weight propped up by proper acidity, the VA lifting everything, structure and length holding it together. Lush, properly built, surprisingly refined.
There is no official information about grape composition, but it's likely a blend of Savagnin with Chardonnay, Poulsard, and potentially Trousseau.
