Nothing new about this wine. Such a lovely drink that I decided to start the weekend with a few bottles of this easy beauty. Red currant, pomegranate, and Chaussons aux Pommes. Sharp and delicate.

I consistently enjoy every bottle of this wine. Not that easy to find such a good rosé sparkling at an affordable price. Red currant, pomegranate, and red apple pie (yeasty-yeasty yeast). Sharp, delicate and simply delicious.

Lovely traditional rosé sparkling. Definitely can give a head start to many rosé Champagne wines. An expressive and beautiful bouquet of red currant, pomegranate, and red apple pie (or did someone bake a croissant nearby?). Sharp, well-balanced, delicate and delicious.
