Felsen II

Compared to the 2023, this wine clearly shows the benefits of development - less greenness, beautifully integrated spices, and an overall more refined profile. It's complex, flavourful, with great concentration, high acidity, and a long finish. Stylish, no doubt. But still, something feels missing - especially in terms of depth. I'm not entirely convinced it's worth buying considering its high price.
