·@Lo BarOof, the first nose is rough - so much hydrogen sulfide it's almost nauseating. But with time, it fades, revealing something far more intriguing - apples, sardines, herbs, olives, and a mix of stone fruits. On the palate, it’s playful - saline, slightly creamy, and rounded, with a pleasant bitterness on the finish. To me, it feels incredibly charged and nowhere near ready to drink today. This one needs serious time.
