It's an interesting Pinot Noir, but it doesn't quite impress. Leans heavily into the funky, ultra-cool-climate style. The high acidity combined with VA creates an elevated, almost weightless body that feels a bit hard to fully embrace due to funkiness. That said, the tannins are intriguing - not particularly high, but present, slightly green, and adding a tingling sensation that keeps things lively. The big question is whether time will do it any favours. It's enjoyable to drink, no doubt, but it didn't spark love.
