As Xaras

I really love what these guys are doing (for many years already). This Mencía just needs a bit of air to settle its slightly wild edge of Nordic berries - but once it does, everything softens and the wine reveals (un)expected depth. The nose is full of red berries, but also red flowers, a touch of earth, stony nuances, and even a hint of leather right at the end. Light-bodied, with bright acidity and a long, satisfying finish.
