Tasted blind and nailed it - Burlotto's aristocratic fingerprints all over this. Restrained elegance playing dress-up with a perfume counter. Aye, there's fruit hiding in there (wild strawberries if you hunt), but this is a flower garden's fever dream. White pepper sneaks through the underbrush, and is that gingerbread? The palate's all chalk dust and electricity - powdery texture, high and balanced acidity, juicy core that makes you forgive the green youth. Already beautiful in that slightly awkward teenage aristocrat way. Give it time to grow into its breeding.
This is beautiful. Same aristocratic restraint, same perfumed elegance - wild strawberries, roses, white pepper, chalky minerals. Still that fascinating tension: delicate and refined on one hand, charged with green tannins and racing acidity on the other. It's like watching a ballet dancer warming up - already graceful, but you know the real performance is yet to come. Seriously tasty now, but patience will be rewarded.
Oh wow. This is simply beautiful. It carries a kind of restrained elegance - almost aristocratic - yet still perfumed and expressive. Wild strawberries, garden strawberries, roses, white pepper, a touch of underbrush, all resting on a soft chalky-powdery backdrop. Precise and structured despite its colour, with high acidity and a juicy core. The tannins are still quite green but not aggressive. Juicy red berries, rose, and a mineral, slightly dry finish. Beautiful and seriously tasty - but still needs time.
