Petropol's six-grape reserve - Cab Franc, Cab Sauv, Grenache, Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah, all in oak. Interesting in concept, but the wine isn't ready: too closed, too young, the oak is still doing more talking than the fruit. Worth revisiting in a few years.

Petropol's six-grape oak-aged red reserve - Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Tempranillo, Merlot, and Syrah co-fermented and barrel-aged. The structural counterpart to their fresh-style reds: more oak, more concentration, designed to evolve with bottle age. Expect a closed, oak-led young profile that needs years before fruit re-emerges.
