About

Petropol's varietal Cabernet Sauvignon, around 13.4% ABV, vinified without oak - which puts grape character at the front. Expect violets, blackcurrant, the typical Bordeaux-variety signposts, with the firm tannin youth-of-vintage Cab brings before bottle age softens it. Drink with patience or food.
