Tasting again in 5 months and I must say that it has changed from horrific overly acidic beverage into friendly and easy-going wine. Simple, and pleasant. Plum, ascorbic acid, hints of barnyard. Tasty palate.
A blend of Roesler (my first time), St. Laurent, Zweigelt and Blaufrankisch. Plum, white pepper, hints of barnyard. Delicate aroma. But then you taste it only to be overwhelmed by acidity. I mean, it's like consuming pure citric acid. Maybe I should've properly decant it. At any rate, hard to drink on it's own.
