This wine presents a rather straightforward bouquet with a minor twist of craziness. It offers a mix of apples, bitter herbs, and moonshine, along with a tad of VA. On the palate, it's fresh and relatively long, showing decent balance. However, there's a noticeable bitterness, reminiscent of crushed apple seeds, which I find somewhat off-putting. Despite this, the wine remains fairly easy to enjoy and not demanding.
