The newest of Envínate's Tenerife reds - first vintage 2021 - from the village of Santa Úrsula on the island's humid north side: three north-facing parcels of centenarian own-rooted vines at 350-650 m in the La Corujera zone, sandy clay over red basalt bedrock. The label credits viticultores Ezequiel and Juan José alongside Envínate, in the project's usual grower-partnership style. The blend has shifted Listán Negro-ward: 2024 is about 77% Listán Negro, 20% Negramoll and 3% Listán Blanco (the first releases ran closer to half-and-half Listán Negro and Negramoll).
Parcels ferment separately on native yeasts - around 20% carbonic and a majority whole-cluster, in concrete and plastic - then the blend spends 8 months on lees in neutral 228 l French oak. Bottled July 2025 unfined and unfiltered with a small sulfur addition.
2024 on the north coast was dry and healthy - a relief in a disease-prone zone - with yields about 10% under 2023. 5,700 bottles. pH 3.33, total acidity 6.2 g/l per the analysis published with the release. 12%.
