Laura Ramos and José Ángel Martínez's Mediterranean counterpoint to Envínate's Atlantic wines: about 70% Garnacha Tintorera from a three-parcel vineyard on clay-calcareous soils near Almansa plus about 30% Moravia Agria from a single sandy-clay parcel in neighboring Manchuela (the bodega sits in Villamalea), at around 800 m, farmed organically. Moravia Agria - barely 50 ha of it left in Spain - is the acid backbone here, a high-acid, low-alcohol local kept as a counterweight to Tintorera's darkness.

Parcels are vinified separately: the Garnacha Tintorera foot-trodden with 30-50% whole bunches, 6-10 days on skins, then 8 months on fine lees in concrete; the Moravia Agria destemmed, about 7 days on skins, then 8 months in used 228 l barriques without bâtonnage. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur, June 2025 - 66,000 bottles plus 400 magnums.

2024 in the zone was dry, saved by summer rains that let ripening finish; harvest ran about ten days early on lower yields. pH 3.42, total acidity 5.8 g/l per the analysis published with the release. 13.5%.
