Pinot

Tasted blind - managed to guess the region but funnily failed to pinpoint the producer. Great failure. Quite clean (well there is some brine touch, but really subtle), hibiscus, red fruits, red flowers, a hint of blood. Descriptors sound typical and boring, but the wine is juicy, neat structure, simply delicious. Good cold-style Pinot Noir, good value.
