Village-level Vosne-Romanée from Grivot, the same blend of multiple Vosne lieux-dits (Bossières bottled separately). House protocol, fourteen to eighteen months in oak with ~25-30% new wood. 2012 saw a cold/wet spring, drawn-out flowering, and hail (mainly late June and early August) hitting southern NSG and Beaune more than the Vosne/northern Nuits sector. Yields were low - small, concentrated berries. Côte de Nuits fared well; reds are concentrated, structured, dark-fruited, often paralleled to 2010 in shape.
