Tasting Notes
Absolutely delightful! This wine presents a charming bouquet of red apple, red currant, toast, nuts, and a hint of cider. It is voluminous and vinous, fresh but not overly brisk. Its intensity is beautifully balanced, structured without being overwhelming, and it leaves a deliciously long aftertaste. While it may not be the most detailed and nuanced rosé Champagne, it's rare to find one so vinous and delicious from this region at such an affordable price.
