Blanc de Noirs (d2025)

50/50 Pinot Noir and Meunier, zero dosage, disgorged April 2025. Round, rich, with berry cream, caramel, yellow plum. Gentle, delicate perlage - not aggressive at all. For Laherte and a fresh disgorgement, this is a pleasant surprise: lively, interesting, not at all banal. Balanced acidity despite the richness. A Blanc de Noirs that's genuinely fun to drink.
