Tasting Notes
Same notes as before.
This wine presents an intriguing combination of bruised apples, iodine, and citrus, accented with notes of brioche, mushrooms, and a wet cellar. Its profile is racy and savoury, offering elegance and a relative richness that speaks to its good age. Overall, it's a great value, delivering complexity and depth that likely surpasses its price point.
The passage of time resonates in each sip. A narrative of bruised apples, iodine, citrus unfolds, accented by notes of brioche, mushrooms, and the embrace of a wet cellar. The mousse dances gracefully, while racy acidity leads into a long, savory epilogue. Elegant, rich with stories, and lingering in memory. Great value.
Nice and sound. Apple, iodine, citrus, brioche, mushrooms, and hints of oxidation. Nice mousse and high acidity is a yummy combination. It slightly lacks in the aftertaste, but it's elegant and flavourful.
