Rosé de Noirs Brut Nature L09/22-E21

A delicious and serious rosé with a beautiful bouquet of red berries, dried red apples, toast, wet stone, crushed apple seeds, white flowers, and damp cellar. The powerful acidity stings at first, making it a bit challenging. But given more time, the palate opens up, revealing a more balanced experience with a neat iodine-like and mushroomy finish. Lingering aftertaste. Definitely need to taste it again.
