Gambero

Gambero is the prawn on the label and the négoce's Crémant de Bourgogne, a Blanc de Blancs bottled at Péronne in the Mâconnais for RS Wine Associates and signed as a "cuvée d'amitié" with the Lyon caviste Jojo of Antic Wine and Pierre De Michelis. The label gives Blanc de Blancs, Crémant de Bourgogne AOC and 12%; the house's own site lists its Crémant Blanc de Blancs as 100% Chardonnay alongside a Blanc de Noirs rosé, both from older vintages. The négoce range is made without estate vines: the cousins Régis Tuccinardi and Sylvain Grosshans have their wines vinified and bottled in the regions where the grapes grow and ship them from Marseille, and since 2023 they also farm with the Santé family at Clos de Somméré, a few kilometres from this wine's bottler.
