Join to read it and the restL'Huître is the oyster on the label, the négoce's Melon de Bourgogne, bottled for RS Wine Associates at Maisdon-sur-Sèvre in the heart of Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine. Earlier vintages carried that appellation with the Sur Lie mention; the 2024 is labelled Vin de France at 12%, and the importer sticker gives 100% Melon de Bourgogne and a bottling date of 15 May 2025. Brazilian press coverage of the range presents it as a wine made for oysters, scallops and shellfish, which the label's oyster says as plainly. Like the rest of the Régis & Sylvain range it is made without estate vines, vinified and bottled where the grapes grow.
