Beautiful colour. The nose is chalky and playful, full of barberry and cornelian cherry candies, with touches of fermentation, a bit of leesy funk, hibiscus, and rose petals. On the palate, it's fresh without pushing acidity too hard - everything sits in balance. Tasty, unpretentious, and easy to like. A wine that doesn't overthink itself.
