100% Ribolla Gialla from Joško Gravner's Oslavia estate in the Collio (Friuli-Venezia Giulia, on the Slovenian border). Skin-contact white fermented and aged in buried Georgian terracotta amphorae before extended cask ageing - the technique Gravner pioneered for his Friulian whites. Bottled July 2023.
