Riesling

Heard so much about this wine, but somehow it doesn't click. Typical Riesling notes kissed by Moldovan sun, fresh with nice fruit - all the right elements are there. But it's dull, lacks backbone, missing the minerality and depth that would make it sing. Just makes my buying threshold, though something tells me I'm missing something. Need another go at this to be sure.
