·@ChișinăuFloral bouquet - jasmine and white flowers meet bright orchard fruits like green apple and pear. A bit of citrus? Yeah. Dry and crisp with fine mousse, but the palate's a bit dull. Persistent bubbles can't quite save it from being slightly boring. Needs more time after disgorgement (which just happened, if I understand correctly). Good bones, but not quite singing yet.
