Maybe I am too generous here, but I really enjoyed this Spätburgunder. It shows potential, complexity and style. Despite being decanted for several hours, its young spirit still kicks in with powerful moves. The bouquet is full of earth, strawberry, medicinal herbs, medicines, and violets-like flowers. High acidity yet well balanced (and well decanted), good grippy tannin. Delicious wine. I hope to witness its development in a few years.
