This wine was served blind, and after some time, I was able to identify the producer. It's relatively easy to pinpoint as a cold-climate Pinot Noir. The wine is complex, precise, and elegant, offering a delightful blend of red berries, night flowers, fried sunflower seeds, and spices, accented by subtle natty notes. On the palate, it is light and fresh, yet delivers an intense finish. Stylish and too young.
